Denon A1 goes in for repairs!

My Denon A1 went in for repairs. There were a few problems: Chroma bug, chroma delay and overheating. Also, the transport was noisy and skipped occasionally. My old Toshiba 3500 never had any of these problems. So much for buying the best! I had to cart it off to AVAC, the local AV store. 20kg doesn’t sound much, but it is after about 30 minutes of lugging it.
