I’m not going to tell you anything about this film, so don’t be worried if you haven’t seen it yet: There are no spoilers in this blog entry.
We went to see “Episode III” today. All I can say is, “I’ll have to watch that one again when it comes out on DVD.”
It’s a serious film with virtually and thankfully no trace of “Yahyah Stinks” at all.
Also, be prepared to have your mind melted by the sheer amount of information, locations, plots and characters: This is not a “beer-and-chat-while-watching” movie.
This film answers pretty much all of the leftover and nagging questions from the other five episodes and it brings the series to an excellent and logical close.
I think that we can safely say that the SFX have finally caught up with George Lucas’s imagination because the effects are so effortless and some so subtle that you can completely forget you are watching a piece of science fiction.
